This service is aimed exclusively at electric customers and offers to enjoy a combustion vehicle for 15 days during the first year. It can be divided into a maximum of two periods throughout that year.
HELP WITH CHARGER INSTALLATION
Kia, through its partner Repsol, facilitates the management, supply, and installation of a charging point at home as a “turnkey” service. The average cost of the charging point is around 1,700 euros (700 of the charger itself), calculated for a 15-meter cable. The charger is 7.4 kW. Kia does not rule out subsidizing it in the future.
FREE KIA CARGO NET
Buyers of a plug-in hybrid or an electric one from the Kia range will be able to charge the vehicle for free at the network of official Kia dealers throughout Spain during the first year of the vehicle’s life. Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability. Most of the recharging points are 50kW, so in half an hour or 45 minutes, the electric in question, Kia Soul, Kia Niro EV, will be charged to 80 percent. In principle, the recharging schedule will be the same as the dealer.
INSURANCE AGAINST DAMAGE
In the event of accidental damage to the home charging station due to vandalism or attempted theft, Kia will cover the repair or replacement of the equipment.
Aimed at customers of the electric versions of the range, Kia offers a Premium roadside assistance service. In case of breakdown, a tow truck will take the vehicle to the point of the peninsula that the customer chooses and then return it to the place initially.
7 YEARS WARRANTY
The plug-in hybrid and electric models have, like all the models in the Kia range, a 7-year warranty or 150,000 kilometers. The battery warranty is 70 percent.
FREE MAINTENANCE FOR THREE YEARS
Kia offers free maintenance for the first three years on its electric models. Includes wear parts and routine operations in this period.
